Support Services specializes in full project life cycle implementation
of Indus PassPort™ EAM software. iStrat is a company founded by a number of the same people that founded
the Indus Group. We can provide more experienced personnel to
assist you in any and all aspects of systems implementation than
you’ll find anywhere else. Many of our resources were involved
in the early development and deployment of PassPort. Our services include
strategic planning, project assessments and initiation; implementations
or upgrades, software configuration management, installation;
business requirements identification / documentation (IDEF-based);
data clean up, extraction, prep, conversion and migration (ETL);
customization documentation, development, testing and roll-out;
interface documentation, development, testing and installation;
systems administration, educational courseware, WBT or CBT development;
classroom training; production roll out; post implementation
support; and lessons learned assessments.
