Program & Project Manager:

iStrat employs an extremely flat organizational model - as a Program or Project Manager at iStrat, you'll report directly to the CEO. You'll have primary responsibility for coordinating and managing all aspects of the day-to-day tasks on both short and long-term projects.

  • The primary expectations of the Program and Project Manager role at iStrat are:
  • Work closely with the customer to ensure that all activities align with corporate business goals and initiatives,
  • Successfully plan, mobilize, coordinate and manage the project for on-time, on-budget delivery,
  • Work closely with customers, partners, and third party vendors to ensure consistent product message,
  • Work seamlessly with internal marketing/operations/management on project deliverables, and
  • Handle administrative tasks including providing timely reports to internal staff.

The Program / Project Manager will be focused on "Making a Difference" as the on-site lead for the Project, including additional recruiting and marketing tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • The Program / Project Manager has a background in the business processes being addressed with the ERP/EAM implementation, and has experience as a     team member with a number of ERP/EAM implementations, including multiple applications and multiple facilities or sites
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required - degrees in Engineering, Computer or Information Science, Mathematics, or Business a definite +
  • Experience in the process industry a definite +
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of Project Management (10 years for a Program Manager)
  • Strong Project Management experience (problem solving, communication, documentation, attention to detail, and follow-thru); PMP Certification is a + (required     for Program Manager)
  • Strong marketing communications, writing, and telephone marketing experience
  • Works both independently and can interact well with Management, Strategic Planning, Marketing, Web/IT, and Sales

Technical Lead:

As a Technical Lead with iStrat Support, you will report to the Program or Project Manager. You'll have primary responsibility for oversight of programming and technical design efforts for the project team.


The primary expectations of the Technical Lead role at iStrat are:

  • Work closely with the customer to ensure that all activities align with corporate business goals and initiatives,
  • Work closely with customers to provide technology planning, server sizing and procurement, LAN, server and desktop configuration, software installation, region     management, integration, testing and performance monitoring,
  • Provide a consistent and directed approach to all technology activities,
  • Act as a liaison with the Technical personnel on technology questions and issues as they arise during the project to ensure they are appropriately managed and     resolved,
  • Work closely with the Technical Implementation team and interfaces with the Project (Business) Implementation team to identify potential technical risk areas     and assisting in developing strategies for mitigating likelihood and impacts, and
  • Insure that all technical project activities are in line with and in support of both the project and Customer’s corporate IT goals and initiatives.

The Technical Lead will be focused on "Making a Difference" as the on-site lead for the technology portion of the project, including working with the customer IT shop to transfer project knowledge to the appropriate team members.

Requirements:

  • The Technical Lead has a background in the technology being utilized with the ERP/EAM implementation, and has experience as a team member with a     number of ERP/EAM implementations, including multiple applications and multiple facilities or sites
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is desired – Computer/Information Science degree a definite +
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of computer technology with a focus on ERP/EAM projects
  • Experience with a combination of the following: ADK/SDK, server configuration, scripting, DBA, data conversion and migration, JCL, SQL, performance tuning,     and DB2/MVS
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Solid communications and writing experience
  • Works both independently and can interact well with Management and IT personnel

Senior Business Analyst:

As a Senior Analyst with iStrat Support you’ll have primary responsibility for oversight of deliverables that may not directly involve implementation of ERP/EAM software applications but are critical to their success, typically applied during the Pre-BPL Training through BPL Sessions and the implementation effort that follows.

The primary expectations of the Senior Analyst role at iStrat are:

  • Work closely with the customer to ensure that all activities align with corporate business goals and initiatives,
  • Work closely with the customer to analyze, map, and optimize business processes and data requirements,
  • Develop the Business Process Requirements (BPR) documentation that reflects the process and data analysis,
  • Configure the ERP/EAM system to support those processes and data,
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure that the legacy data aligns with the BPR,
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure that ancillary programs (interfaces, reports, batch process, etc) align with the BPR,
  • Support the development and execution of test scripts to ensure that the system supports the BPR,
  • Provide a consistent and directed approach to all business activities,
  • Act as a liaison with the Business personnel on process questions and issues as they arise during the project to ensure they are appropriately managed and     resolved, and
  • Work closely with the Project team to identify potential risk areas and assisting in developing strategies for mitigating likelihood and impacts.

The Senior Business Analyst will be focused on "Making a Difference" as the on-site lead for the business portion of the project, including working with the customer to transfer project knowledge to the business subject matter experts.

Requirements:

  • The Senior Business Analyst has a background in the business processes being addressed with the ERP/EAM implementation, and has experience as a team     member with a number of ERP/EAM implementations, including multiple applications and multiple facilities or sites
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is desired – degrees in Engineering or Business a definite +
  • Experience in the process industry a definite +
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of process improvement and configuration management with a focus on ERP/EAM projects
  • Experience with system configuration and administration, including application security
  • Detailed understanding of application functions
  • Mid-level understanding of ERP/EAM architecture (table and file structures and batch processing methodologies)
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Solid communications and writing experience
  • Works both independently and can interact well with Management and IT personnel

Administrative / Documentation Analyst:

As an Administrative / Documentation Analyst at iStrat, you'll have primary responsibility for managing the project back office.

The primary expectations of the AdminiStrative / Documentation Analyst role at iStrat are:

  • Collecting data and preparing weekly labor summaries for all iStrat resources assigned to the project,
  • Preparation and distribution of iStrat-developed project documents,
  • Periodic preparation of official correspondence,
  • Processing iStrat staff expense reports,
  • Preparing and issuing project status reports, and
  • Establishing and maintaining project files.

The Administrative / Documentation Analyst will be focused on "Making a Difference" as the on-site lead for the administrative portion of the project, including working with the customer to transfer project files and paper documentation to the business subject matter experts.

Requirements:

  • The Administrative / Documentation Analyst has a background of providing support to projects, and has experience as a team member with at least one     ERP/EAM implementation
  • High School diploma degree is required - Associates degree or equivalent experience is desired
  • Experience in the process industry a definite +
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of project documentation with a focus on ERP/EAM projects
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Solid communications and writing experience
  • Works both independently and can interact well with Management and IT personnel
