January 1,2003 -- iStrat Support Services, Inc. is pleased to announce an agreement to provide program management and staff augmentation services to Exelon Power.

iStrat will be supporting Exelon Power in the asset and inventory management systems integration of their recently purchased New England Generation Assets: New Boston Generating Station, South Boston, Mass.; Framingham Generating Station, in Framingham, Mass.; West Medway Generating Station, in West Medway, Mass.; Mystic Generating Station, in Everett, Mass.; and Fore River Generating Station in Weymouth, Mass. The plants are fossil-fueled plants, utilizing a combination of fuel oil and natural gas.

Together, present capacity and capacity in development at these plants totals about 4,400 megawatts.
