August 23, 2007 -- a leader in fusing business and technology, today announced that Danny Willis will assume the role of President and CEO effective August 22, 2007. Danny Willis will be taking over from Lionel Wertz who resigned last week for personal reasons.

Mr. Wertz provided a very strong platform for me to follow.  His efforts redirected iStrat in a positive direction and hopefully I will continue his Goals.  This change is in no way any reflection on Lionel’s abilities rather a time for him to spend some well deserved time with his family and friends.   His assignment in New York will require him to continue quality support to his client and yet support me as president.”
