iStrat Support Services to work with New York Department of Education's Division of School Facilities |

October 4, 2004 -- iStrat Support Services Inc., is pleased to announce an agreement to provide program management and staff augmentation services to the New York Department of Education's Division of School Facilities (DSF). The New York school system has over 1,000,000 students attending classes at 1200 schools throughout 10 regions. iStrat will be supporting the DSF in optimizing their current Contract Management configuration at over 70 facilities in New York City and the surrounding boroughs. for the maintenance and operation of the New York City school system's
building infrastructure. DSF carries out all of the real estate-related
functions required by the Dept of Education, from long-term planning
for space needs, to acquisition of space, to custodial upkeep and
repairs. DSF is also responsible for the administration and planning
