October 21, 2004 -- iStrat Support Services Inc., is pleased to announce an agreement to provide programmer support for Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. The work involves upgrading the Indus PassPortTM ERP Labor Entry and Reporting system. Organized in 1952, Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. is a nonprofit, wholesale power supply cooperative that provides electricity to 44 member distribution systems serving major parts of Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico and Wyoming. These member utilities, in turn, serve residences, farms, ranches, small towns, businesses and industries -- a total population of approximately 1 million people across a 250,000 square-mile area. Tri-State is headquartered in the Denver suburb of Westminster, Colo. The association’s primary function is to provide its member-owners a reliable, cost-based supply of electricity.
