In essence, the Business Process Labs (BPL’s) comprise the heart of the project. Inevitably, the business processes are closely linked to the Business Case through metrics, and the ultimate measure of your project will be the extent to which project efforts translate into Return on Investment, and the improvements manifest within the business processes.
