Business Design

The Detailed Business Design phase is defined
as that time when the project team will conduct the Business Process Labs
(BPL) and develop the detailed requirements and specifications that will
be used by the business and technical teams to build and test the systems.

| The Detailed Business Design phase is considered finished when the specifications have been reviewed and accepted by the business and technical teams as sufficient to begin construction of the various programs and sub-systems, and the appropriate documents have been reviewed and approved by the project sponsor and/or the executive committee. | |
