Implementation and Transition

The Implementation and Transition phase is defined as that time when the system is validated by the end users, the sites are prepared for the new system, and the project team installs the Production version of the software.

iStrat has the resources to help smooth the transition between a project and a production system. Our analysts will prove invaluable as your end-users look for answers to their application and process-related questions.

A sample of the activities occurring during this phase includes:

P Implement pilot site;
P Implement the remaining site(s);
P Transition project; and
P Post mortem – lessons learned.

A sample of the deliverables that must be
developed during this phase includes:

P Post-implementation plan; and
P Finalize all project documentation.

The Implementation and Transition phase is considered finished when the application has been turned over to the production support teams within the business units and the technical departments.
