Project Management
 
   
The Project Management phase is defined as that time when the project or program is under the leadership, management and control of the Project Manager (PM). The activities within this phase are used by the PM to track, manage, and control the status and progress of the project.

A sample of the activities occurring during this phase includes:

P Monitor and manage scope, schedule, and       budget;
P Monitor issues, change requests, risk;
P Conduct regular team meetings; and
P Participate in executive committee meetings.
